Project Description
HOME CARE
Better home and community care for Canadians
We provide decision-makers with input and direction on how to improve home care services to meet Canadians’ needs and preferences. We are launching a campaign to support decision-making that enables home and community care that reflect the needs of those who require these services.
This is what Canadians are telling us they want
- More choice, more flexibility and more control over government funded services;
- Services that are designed to meet our needs and preferences;
- More tools and cost effective options to get care that is not covered by government plans;
- Timely visits that are predictable and useful;
- Stability and consistency in personnel entering our homes to provide assistance.
